Job Description

HR&GA Officer (JP) (30K-50K) (SDG-36812)

<Job Responsibilities>
	Processing payroll, facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors, reconciling benefits statements, which includes answering payroll questions relevant
	Revise company regulation, contacting law firm in order to implement working rules
	Support TH employee and JP Management to interpret the meeting
	Maintaining work calendars of employees which includes ensuring time attendance, annual vacation, sick and relevant are tracked correctly
	Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
	Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
	Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
	Support sales activities
	Creating and distributing documents including reviewing the suitability of the documents
	Making and arranging a reservation of hotel, limousine including air ticket for guests, business traveler and relevant
	Processing incoming mail, report spam mail including support problem correspondent
	Review and extend service contract relevant to the infrastructure and appliances of the Company (Copy machine, office space rental, leasing, internet service etc.)
	Be actively involved in communication by translating, interpreting, and coordinating between JP executive and local staffs
	Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
	Responding to other requests relevant

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Female, 28-40 years old
	Bachelor’s degree in any field
	Having experience in HR/GA field 3-5 years in corporate 
(Especially in Payroll, Time attendance, welfare)
	Good command of English (Email)
	Good command of Japanese (N2 or above) (Speaking and writing)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
	Experience of handling payroll tasks 
	Good command of Excel (Export data and reconcile sales amount)
	Mature personality
	Knowledge of labor law


Languages skills 
English: Conversational level  
Japanese: Conversational level  	


Workplace Area: MRT Silom, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
