<Job Responsibilities>
Managing and operating recruitment plans and activities.
Creating company regulations and HR systems.
Ensure payroll, compensation & benefit administration to be accurate and timing
Creating promotion rules with the Japanese HR & GA Manager (in English and Thai).
Managing employee safety and preventing Labor problems.
Creating and managing employee training plans.
Handling related HR & GA work for Thai staff.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needs.
Completed Human Result Operational requirement by schedule and assigning employees following up on work results
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor degree in HRM, HRD or related field
10 years of experience in HR function (Recruitment, Training & Development, C&B) and general affair/admin function in management level
English : Conversational High
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Working experience in Sales office Manufacturing
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BRT Wat Darn until August 2019 the relocate to BTS Punnawithi, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri)
