Work closely with Japanese GM to operate overall function of HR & GA department.

Planning and running common/job-specific training programs
In charge of employee rules, and regulation
Management of reception desk and arranging drivers
Supporting Japanese VISA and work permit
Supporting Project Manager at construction site for worker relation
Planning an event for CSR (2 times /year) ※Last year : Planting of mangrove
Handle recruiting process, from planning, interview, to orientation new staff
To support the management of the training facilities for Japanese
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female ,Age 35 - 49
Experience in HR Administrative Field at least 10 years (5 years in managerial position)
Experience in Human Resource Development Field (Training, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality and advice for the HR management, Employment, Recruiting and Salary payment for staffs
High communication and negotiation skill (can claim specific opinions without skittshness)
Cheerful personality
[Prefer]
Work experience at Japanese company (construction company is best)
Good command of Japanese.
Languages skills:
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area: Asok / Bangkok
Working Hour:8:00 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri) , 8:30-12:00(Sat*) *2nd and 4th week are holidays
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000THB – 80,000THB
