<Number of employees : Total : 280 Local : 270 Japanese : 10> <Report Line : Japanese GM (Male, 39 years old)> <Team Member: 7 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 6 persons (Female only *The oldest female is 43 years old )> <Products: Electric material, copper clad laminates and prepregs > <Clients: Mitsubishi group > <Saturday Working :Depends on company calendar > <Job Responsibilities> GA - Lead and maintain office systems and manage staff members with multi-scope. - Responsible for office overall general affair, manage administrative operations, policies, procedures, budgets, facilities, records, equipment and special project, plan, coach and manage members. HR - Lead HR functions by planning and implementing HR policies, programs and practices and providing counselling to employees. - Responsible for the recruitment of employees, selection, training, development, benefit structurer, employee relations, appraisals and legal compliance. - Meeting with welfare union (it is not labor union) once every six months - Other works by assign by Japanese manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・At least 10 years’ experience in HR and GA field in manufacturing company ・At least 3 years experience as management level such as assistant manager or manager ・Conversational middle level of English ・Be able to commute by themselves <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・At least 5years experience as manager in HR/GA filed ・Work in Japanese company around 200-400 people ・Can start to work immediately
