Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support and drive HR & GA initiatives, projects, and employee engagement activities. - Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, orientation, and employee integration programs to ensure a smooth transition and positive employee experience. - Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including coordinating interviews, processing new hires, and facilitating orientation - Provide guidance to leaders and managers on labor law compliance, HR best practices, and employee relations. - Collaborate with the General Affairs team to ensure smooth office operations, facility management, and administrative support - Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR and GA processes and procedures - Assist with the preparation of HR reports and data analysis - Perform other duties as assigned by the HR&GA Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 8 years of experience in HR & GA tasks (fulloop) - at least 3 years as leader, supervisor or Assistance Manager role - Familiar with factory environment - From companies with 100+ employees - Conversation High level in English, use for internal communication, documents and candidate interview - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software - Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations in Thailand <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Prosoft payroll system (This position has to double check the process) <Personality> - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with candidates and internal stakehmaolders. <Other> - For transportation to the office, the company supports the gasoline allowance and Toll Fee
