Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Be a trainer for internal orientation programs, 3 programs - Manage training classes and courses by schedule - Manage payment processing for training expenses - Handle reporting of training to the Labour Department - Handle training reports for management - Handle training record processing. - Handle digitalization of training using digital tools - Administer job performance appraisals - Provide company activity support as one of the HR members - Work on projects based on the requirements of both the department and the company - Other assigned task by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in any related field - At least 5 years of experience in HRD with training, or any related fields - English conversational, High level (Communication with Japanese Report line, Documents, and e-mail) - Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel(Pivot, Vlookup) and PowerPoint - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills <Details> - Self-motivated individuals who are eager to take action. - Skills in communicating, problem-solving, presenting, and the ability to work under pressure <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Can start working immediately
