Job Description
Benefit:
- Mon - Fri (8:30 – 17.00)
- Medical Insurance/Social Insurance
- 2-3 months pool bonus (Depends on corporate profit)
Responsibility:
- Manage all Training & Development of Group of Company to ensure that serve the company’s strategy and increase the efficiency of the employees including promote learning culture.
- Plan, Design, Schedule all training for company employees
- Manage all Recruitment of monthly staff to ensure that the company hires the right person to the right job.
Qualification:
- Age: 30-40 ( Male or Female)
- Thai nationality
- Experienced in HR Development field over than 5 years
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Human Resource or Related Field
- Good presentation and communication skill is a must - Strong leadership and problem solving skill
- Quick learning, dynamic, and ability to make decision is required
