Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
1. Strategic HR Initiatives 
- To develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- To support talent development, change management, and organizational effectiveness 
- To lead performance management, talent management, and succession planning

2. Human Resource Development 
- To develop HR programs, assess training needs
- To analyze program effectiveness using performance evaluations and KPIs

3. Competency & Career Path Planning 
- To manage competency frameworks, develop career paths 
- To develop plans, including succession planning and leadership development

4. Management Reporting & Compliance 
- To monitor and improve HRD management reports

5. Other tasks as assigned by the Report Line

Job Requirement

<Necessary skill/experience>
- At least 3 years of experience in HRD, Strategies, and Organizational plan from Manufacturing
- At least 1 year of Experience in a Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager Level
- Conversational High Level in English 
  (Communicate and report directly to the Japanese Managing Director, emails, and documents)

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and solve problems efficiently
- High level of integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential matters
- Organization design, career path, talent management, succession planning, and job evaluation
