Duties & Responsibility:

*Work closely with Japanese GM to create to in charge of HRBP Function/Recruitment/HRD/Analyse HR System. (This person will be under HR & GA Deparment- Planning Group)

Help supporting Recruitment (*work closely with other Recruiting Officer)
Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
Builds a strong HR system and initiate some creative plan for company.
Create the HRD Function to create the Training program.
Recruits personally the key talents for the each department if needs.
Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
Acts as ‘HR Consultant’ to advice the management for further solution & create the new creative policy for company.

Thai nationality, Male*, Age 30 – 35
Master Degree in MBA/Organization Psychology/Human Resource Development.
Minimum 5 years experience in HRBP/Training & HRD.
*Very bright & creative and be able to work under pressure.
Good command in English for presentation and communicate with management team.
[Prefer]
HRBP for IT Industry/Understand Japanese Culture well.
Languages skills:
English: Advance Conversation to Business level
Workplace Area: Chitlom , Bangkok
Working Hour: 08.00 – 17.00 (Mon-Fri)
