HRBP (Chinese Speaking) - Contract (50K–80K) (SDG-117732) <Job responsibilities> - Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, covering workforce planning and organizational design. - Serve as a trusted advisor for employee issues, Ensuring a positive workplace culture and effective conflict resolution. - Support recruitment, onboarding, and training to attract and Develop talent, while enhancing employee performance and growth. - Guide teams through organizational changes, providing Support and communication to facilitate smooth transitions. - Advise on compensation practices to ensure competitiveness and equity in salary, bonuses, and benefits. - Develop and enforce HR policies while Ensuring compliance with employment laws. - Track and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights and drive improvements.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or related field. - At least 3 years experience as an HRBP or similar role in HR. - Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance. - Conversational high or business in English and Chinese, proficient in reading, writing, and speaking. - Be Able to Work under Pressure - Able to Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) - Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and multitasking skills. - Have customer-oriented <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred. - Experience in IT industry. - HSK5 up Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Centre Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday - Friday) About the Benefits 50,000–80,000THB About the company Product & Service: CCTV, Traffic, Display product Business Type: General Appliances / Electrical Equipment;Home Electronicst;
