Duties & Responsibility:
Facilities Administration :
* Ensuring all office facilities smoothly.  
* Supervise third party maids, security guard and messenger to perform as expected and agreed in the contracts. 
* Review Contracts yearly, which include General Admin Services, Car Leasing , IT Maintenance, Security Facilities, Maids and Message Services and Local Delivery
Human Resource Tasks: 
* Assist the regional HR Manager, in providing full-spectrum  HR Support for Company & Factory.
* Assist in staff recruitment, Government Contract and employee, performance management and employee motivation. Organize staff oriental for new employee and preparing of new hire’s logistic. 
* Responsible for updating & Filling all HR/Personnel Records & Payroll 
* Responsible for preparing and coordinating required HR& Related reports for regional reporting and filling on a monthly basis
* Assist in the administration and coordination of training development programs for the country.

Qualification:
* Thai Nationality Only, Male/Female but Female is preferable Age:  28– 35
* At least 5 years working as HR/Admins Field in Large Company.
* Bachelor's degree in any related field.
* Strong Minded with Flexible to work & support multi-Tasks.
* Experience working in HR/Admins for Manufacturer/Maker (30-100 persons) (Especially in Sugar /Food Industrial) would be advantage. 
* Would like to stay with 1 company for so long.
