Work outline: Responsible for full scale HR and administration process
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Develop and enhance the organization according to HR duties
Ø Manage and process HR & Administrative works
Ø Managing rules, regulations, and company’s policies
Ø Manpower management
Ø Employee relations (have meeting in Rayong or Samutprakarn sometime)
Ø Training and development
Ø Labor Union and labor law
Ø Employee info system
Ø Processing and preparing payroll, visa and work permit (Whole Process)
Ø Recruitment; supporting job posting process, evaluate job positions and job descriptions, draw up contract of employment, and giving notification of new joiners and workforce monthly report
Ø Preparing and processing payroll, reviewing time sheet accuracy and tracking any special payroll deduction
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male or female, age 40-48 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø At least 7 - 10 years working in HR& Admin field
Ø Have managerial experience at least 5 years
Ø Have experience in manufacturing
Ø Able to speak English
Ø Have knowledge about labor law
Ø Strong Minded, and Flexible to do multi-tasks in job

Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.10 (Mon-Fri)
