Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- To develop and execution of the HRA strategy in alignment with corporate direction
- To update the Company Policy, Work Rules, Work Instruction, and related documents
- To analyze Human Resources trends and data to support strategic decision-making
- To collect, analyze, and report Human Resources data for strategic purposes
- To assist in change management, culture development, and employee engagement
- To coordinate in preparing and monitoring the HRA budget and resource planning
- To support cost analysis and improvement plans to ensure resource optimization
- To collaborate with HRA - Operation to ensure implementation of strategic initiatives
(e.g., talent management, workforce planning, Compensation & Benefits etc.)
- Other tasks as assigned bt the report line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources from a 1,000-person scale company
- At least 5 years of experience in HRA, HRBP, Strategic, or Project-based HR roles
- At least 5 years of Experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager with management skills
- Experience in HR analytics, HR planning, or transformation projects.
- Conversational High Level in English
(Communicate with Japanese Management, create a strategic plan, documents, and report)
- Understanding of Thai Labor Law
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in a Japanese Company
- Experience in the Chemical industry
- Have TOEIC Score 650 up
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
