<Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for end-to-end recruitment to support business goals. - Mainly support recruiting for positions in technical and corporate functions. - Process from sourcing, candidate screening & interview, candidate database management, through offering negotiation. - Manage and control recruitment systems and processes to ensure the efficient provision of employment within appropriate time frames. - Handle recruitment activities and projects
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in any related field - At least 8 years’ experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition from Manufacturing, corporate recruitment, or agency - Have experience in sourcing Engineering positions - Conversational High level in English for communication with internal/external, both speaking and writing skills - Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record - Proficient in MS Office, MS Teams <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in the Engineering field
