Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and maintain internal HR policies and employee regulations (e.g., work rules, company policies) - Manage HR and labor-related matters in accordance with Thai labor law - Handle employee relations and provide support for HR-related inquiries - Oversee attendance management and other labor administration tasks - Support recruitment activities such as job posting and interview coordination - Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including HR documentation - Provide HR support and coordination with Japanese management - Perform other HR-related duties as assigned - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of experience in HR or labor-related functions - Basic knowledge of Thai labor law - Experience in implementing, maintaining, or improving HR policies or employee regulations - Experience in employee relations and labor management - Ability to middle level of communicate in English <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience working in a Japanese company - Experience as an HR Generalist handling a wide range of HR functions - Ability to communicate in English or Japanese - Good communication and coordination skills - If can communicate in Japanese wiil be plus
