Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and coordinate overall HR and General Affairs operations at the Ayutthaya manufacturing site - Act as a key liaison between Japanese management, the Japan Head Office, and Thai employees, ensuring smooth and accurate communication in both Japanese and Thai - Translate and interpret instructions, policies, company rules, and business communications between Japanese and Thai - Support Japanese management in communicating company policies, expectations, and instructions to Thai employees, and follow up to ensure proper implementation - Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, leave management, personnel records, and employee support - Handle labor-related matters and coordinate with relevant internal departments and external organizations when necessary - Support the development, implementation, and improvement of HR policies, internal rules, and company procedures - Identify issues in current HR and administrative operations and propose improvements to make processes more structured, consistent, and efficient - Monitor and follow up on the implementation of company rules and management instructions to ensure appropriate compliance across the organization - Support communication and coordination between Japanese expatriates and Thai employees, helping to prevent misunderstandings arising from differences in language, culture, and working styles - Manage general affairs activities, including office/factory administration, company facilities, employee welfare, uniforms, transportation, accommodation, and other administrative matters - Support Japanese expatriates with administrative matters related to their employment and daily work in Thailand - Prepare HR-related reports and documents for Japanese management and the Japan Head Office
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree or above - Business level of Japanese with the ability to accurately interpret and communicate between Japanese and Thai - Experience in HR and General Affairs - Strong understanding of Japanese business culture, working practices, and communication styles - Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels - Proactive, responsible, and willing to identify problems and take action to improve existing processes <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company or similar industrial environment - Experience working closely with Japanese management or Japanese expatriates - Good understanding of Thai labor practices and HR administration - Experience in a manufacturing environment - Japanese-Thai bilingual / half-Japanese candidates with strong HR & General Affairs experience
