HR Supervisor (35K-40K) (SDG-28383) <Job Responsibilities> HRM Responsible for overall HRM Managing recruiting permanent employee and Sub-Contract. Planning, Screening resume, Interview, Support employment Coordinate with line manager regarding manpower request and timeline to support all section. Control Time Attendance system Support in HR process and facilities. HRD Plan and develop training project and activities to meet with business objectives Plan and develop talent management program and people development project Liaise with the Japanese Management team in order to develop training and people development Other tasks that related to the working scope Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-35 years old Bachelor’s Degree At least 5 years of experiences in HR (both HRM & HRD) Good command of written and spoken in English Willing to learning new things Being an Achiever, Activator, Developer, Strategic and high responsibility Good interpersonal skills and service mind <Preferable Skill / Experience> Able to communicate in Japanese Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon – Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 35,000–40,000THB About the company Products: Automotive and Industrial Lubricating Oil Business Type: Steel / Metal / Energy
