Job Description
• Recruitment parts - Hiring new employee to support each department according to company requirement - Set up the interview process and interview the candidate with relevant department -Follow up candidates in during probation period • Development parts - Create the training plan by coordinating with relevant department - Manage and coordinate with relevant departments regarding performance management system such as the appraisal system for manager, supervisor, and operator level • Employee relation and retaining - Handle the compensation and benefit system - Mange the health, accident and life insurance, social security fund, provident fund for employee • Administration parts - Control and supervise the contractor under HR department such as driver, janitor, gardener - Coordinate with government office such as Social Security Office, Labour department Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon to Fri, No Saturday working)
Job Requirement
• Age 35-45 years • Bachelor’s degree in social science, Law, Human Resource Management or Political Science • At least 5 years’ experience as HR assistant manager level in manufacturing factory • Conversational middle-high level of English • Can commute by yourself • Personality: Strong leadership and creativity • Have knowledge management concept and business concept is preferable • At least 10years experience as HR or GA assistant manager level in manufacturing factory is preferable • Work in Japanese company is preferable
