Job Description
HR Staff (Payroll) @Chonburi (15K-21K) (JO-180330-150827)
Work outline: Be responsible for payroll as main and other HR related task
Duties & Responsibilities:
Understand "Wage Rule", internal regulation
Understand "Labor Protect Act Law"
Calculate Salary with Payroll Software (Business Plus)
Calculate SSF
Calculate Provident Fund
Calculate individual tax and prepare the report related it (PND50)
Control Company welfare (allowance and group insurance)
Understand internal "Time Attendance Rule" and review all date for calculate Salary correctly
Check CCTV
Control Finger Scan machine
Issue the document for employee related individual information

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, Male/Female, Age 21-25 years old
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Advanced Conversation Level of English
Fresh graduate is welcomed
Be able to complete task speedy and accurately
Payroll experiences are highly advantage

Preferable:
Used to work in Japanese company

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable





Workplace Area: Company Bus in Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri) *Saturday working: It depends on project (around 4-5 days/ year)

Salary: 15,000 – 21,000 THB Base
