HR Staff @Chonburi (18K-30K) (SDG-26986) <Job Responsibilities> Be responsible for VISA and Work permit for Japanese staffs Processing payroll, facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors, reconciling benefits statements, which includes answering payroll questions relevant Maintain employee records (attendance, training data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements Creating and distributing documents including reviewing the suitability of the documents Making and arranging a reservation of hotel, limousine including air ticket for guests, business traveler and relevant Be actively involved in maintaining employee’s benefits system by claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment (Employee insurance, car maintenance, etc.) Answering incoming call and transfer to whom concerned Review and extend service contract relevant to the infrastructure and appliances of the Company (Copy machine, office space rental, leasing, internet service etc.) Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process Other tasks might be assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Female, age 24-30 years old Bachelor’s degree Conversational level of English (Conversational low above) At least 2 years’ experience as HR/GA Having experience of handling VISA and Work permit <Preferable Skill / Experience> Having experience of handling attendance, payroll management Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate 2, Chonburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Saturday working average once in a month)) About the Benefits Salary: 18,000–30,000THB About the company Products: Manufacturing of Material Handling System, Automotive Factory Automation (AFA) Business Type: Machinery / Equipment / Plants
