HR Specialist @Ayutthaya (50K-60K) (SDG-23687) <Job Responsibilities> Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions Create recruitment strategies in accordance with recruitment partners and managers to achieve organizations short and long term hiring goals Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions, recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revision. Maintains employee benefits programs Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures Maintains historical human resource by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records Workplace Area: Bang Pa-in, Ayutthaya Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday & work on Saturday (Twice/month)) About the Benefits Salary: 50,000–60,000THB About the company Products: Optical lenses Business Type: Medical Equipment

<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 40-45 years old Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field Must have at least 5 years supervisory experience in Human Resource Management Able to communicate in English proficiency Knowledge in labor laws Knowledge in Recruiting , compensation and welfare <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational Japanese: None
