Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding 
- Proactively build talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels 
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and provide hiring insights 
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey 
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit 
- Track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement in hiring process. 
- Correspond with the HR team regarding company activities related to wellness, healthcare, and mental health.
- Other HR work as requested. 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 4 years of working experience as HR (mainly recruitment) in Corperate company
- Conversation High level in English (TOEIC 650 up) , To conduct English interview with the candidate and communicate with Japanese Hiring Manager
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Office especially excel

<Personality>
- Strong service mind, proactive, good interpersonal skill, communication & coordination 
- Extrover personality

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Skills with ability to work under pressure.
- Early joined candidate
- Experience in Japanese company or Automotive industries
