HR Senior officer (25K–45K) (SDG-99426) เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่าย HR <Job responsibilities> - Set a roadmap of HR strategies to match the company's mission and vision. - Performance Management System development - Compensation & benefits annual budgeting - Company rules Do and Don't - Prepare and follow up the Performance appraisal to achieve a high-Performance Team - Conduct salary benchmarking - Report results to the Management Team - Other tasks assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - กำหนดแผนกลยุทธ์ด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลให้ตรงกับพันธกิจและวิสัยทัศน์ของบริษัท - พัฒนาระบบการจัดการผลการปฏิบัติงาน - จัดทำงบประมาณประจำปี ค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ - กฎ Do and Don't ของบริษัท - จัดเตรียมและติดตามผลการประเมินผลงานเพื่อให้ได้ทีมที่มีผลงานระดับสูง - ดำเนินการเทียบเงินเดือน - รายงานผลต่อฝ่ายบริหาร - งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
