Enthusiastic, results oriented HR professional with extensive experience in planning and directing all areas of Human Resources
Strategic HR partner executing, HR best practices to align the objectives of the organization while maximizing employee potential
Duties
Develops and maintains a human resources system internally and globally that meets top management information needs. Monitoring overall HR strategies, system, tactics and procedures across the organization
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
Develop and Maintains a pay plan and employee benefits programs
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work result
Administers performance review program and salary administration program
Plan for employee’s performance appraisal
Plan and direct for training of employee
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource under requirements by laws
Develop and Maintains company and management guidelines
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs
Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirement
Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
Develop and maintains human resource
Qualification:
[Must]
Minimum of 10 years HR experience at people-centric companies with increasing of working responsibility, preferably in manufacturing industry
HR System Creation and Developing Experienced
English communication skills
[PREFER]
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business.
Advanced degree in Industrial Relations or Business

Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8.00 – 17.00) *Occasionally Saturday work is forced
About the Benefit
Salary: 75,000-84,000 THB/ Month*Plus position fee 17,000THB
