<Job Responsibilities> - Handle recruitment activities and coordinate hiring processes - Manage employee onboarding and orientation - Support payroll, attendance, and labor-related administration - Coordinate employee benefits and welfare programs - Manage office administration, contracts, and company documentation - Communicate with external vendors and government-related organizations - Support internal policies and HR procedures - Report HR and administrative matters to Japanese headquarters - Establish a strong HR and administration foundation for business operations - Ensure compliance with Thai labor regulations - Support successful recruitment and retention of employees - Create an efficient and well-organized workplace - Other assistant tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Has strong experience in recruitment as HR - Business-level Japanese - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields - Experience in HR, recruitment, labor management, or general affairs - Knowledge of Thai labor law and HR practices - Good communication and problem-solving skills <Personality in detail> - JLPT N2 - Experience working in a Japanese company - Experience establishing HR or administrative functions - Experience in the retail, restaurant, or service industry - Knowledge of payroll and HR systems - Experience in Food or Restaurant industry <Mindset> - Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks - Comfortable working in a start-up environment and handling a wide range of responsibilities - Flexible and willing to take on new challenges beyond their primary job scope Strong motivation to grow together with the company and contribute to its long-term success
