Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan and refine HR systems (HRIS, recruitment systems, performance appraisal, payroll & benefits) to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
- Provide timely consultation and troubleshooting for HR system users (both team members and executives), ensuring smooth usage and rapid resolution of issues.
- Leverage HRIS and other system data to analyze trends and support strategic decision making across talent acquisition, performance evaluation, and workforce planning.
- Prepare and manage the HR systems budget, including costs for software, external services, and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure HR systems are structured, accurate, user friendly, and secure.
- Support HR strategy and organizational planning, supplying system driven insights to inform mid to long term workforce and succession planning.
- Manpower management.
- Design change management plans and conduct user training, ensuring seamless system transitions and high user adoption.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 5 years in HRIS, HR System Development, System Analysis, HR Planning or relevant roles.
- Being Manager with subordinate is a must
- Proficiency in System Analysis and HR data interpretation.
- Capable of designing and maintaining dashboards for HR metrics.
- Skilled in managing system related projects and facilitating organizational change.
- Excellent communication, strong stakeholder collaboration, and effective consultation abilities.
- Conversational High level in English (internal use, email, documents etc.)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
- Experience of Bplus, Jobcan or other HR system
- Experience in Manpower management
- Work experience in Japanese company
