<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and calculate payroll for HQ and restaurant personnel. - Manage employee onboarding and orientation. - Support payroll, attendance, and labor-related administration. - Coordinate employee benefits and welfare programs. - Manage office administration, contracts, and company documentation. - Communicate with external vendors and government-related organizations. - Support internal policies and HR procedures. - Report HR and administrative matters to Japanese headquarters. - Establish a strong HR and administration foundation for business operations. - Ensure compliance with Thai labor regulations. - Handle visa and work permit processing for foreign staff. - Create an efficient and well-organized workplace. - Other assignments taks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Has strong experience in payroll as HR - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. - Business-level Japanese. - Experience in HR, recruitment, labor management, or general affairs.(At least 3 years up) - Knowledge of Thai labor law and HR practices. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - JLPT N2 - Experience in the retail, restaurant, or service industry. - Knowledge of payroll and HR systems. - Experience in Food or Restaurant industry.
