Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Take full responsibility for monthly payroll processing, including checking attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions, social security, tax, and other payroll-related information - Maintain and verify employee records and payroll-related documents - Coordinate with government authorities, including the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare for work permits, Immigration Bureau for work visas, and Department of Business Development (DBD) for company registration and changes - Review weekly recruitment reports and submit them to the supervisor - Prepare and coordinate weekly departmental meetings, including agendas and required documents - Manage general company documents and employee-related documentation - Support various HR administrative activities such as establishing the Employee Welfare Committee
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Conversational high in English (writing and reading, communication skills, documents) - At least 2 years of experience in HR Administration and Payroll in any industry - Good knowledge of Thai labor law and payroll-related regulations <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Chinese language skills would be an advantage - Experience in Construction industry <Details> - Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in payroll and employee data management - Good command of Microsoft Office - Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with both internal and external parties
