Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support overall HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, company regulations, and people development. - Manage payroll processing and time attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws. - Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview arrangements. - Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing company policies and regulations. - Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and other HR-related documentation. - Support training and employee development initiatives to enhance staff capability and engagement. - Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any field - At least 5 years of experience in HR filed in a large-scale company. - Conversational high level of English (For internal communication especially with Japanese report line) - Can work proactively and independently <Preferably Skill / Experience > - Working experience in Japanese company - Business level of Japanese - Experience of building internal HR systems
