Work outline: Responsible for all training activities (Admin training)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Conduct small group training with ability to encourage audience participation in training
Ø Update training materials based on participant feedback while working directly with other departments
Ø Progress tracking to meet deadlines for each activity
Ø Create labor training reports to be submitted to the government on a monthly basis
Ø Keep training record updated
Ø Answer questions related to training or other HR activities from employees
Ø Communicate with all levels of employee
Ø Other task as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male or Female , age 25-30 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
Ø At least 2 years working experience in HRD (Training) or any related field
Ø Experience in conducting small group of trainings
Ø Ability to create memos, charts and tables in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Ø Interpersonal skill in multi-cultural environment
Preferable:
Ø Ability to organize and analyze data
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chidlom
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
