Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in human resources management, political science or related fields (GPA 3.00 up) - At least 5 years of experience in HR (HRM, HROD, HR STRATEGY) with experience in Performance Management System (PMS&KPI) - Have knowledge of Company rules / Compensation & benefits / Recruitment / Labor laws / 5S - Knowledge of organizational development - Conversational Middle level for the documentation - Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) <Detials> - Have a good attitude and ability to communicate < Preferable > - Have experience with the same company size (30-50 employees) - Can standalone - Can start working immediately
