Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate between human resources and other departments in the company.
- Coordinate between the Bangkok office and the Ayutthaya factory such as paying petty cash and sending a document to the factory.
- Check time attendance, absence and leave form and send data to the manager for payroll operation.
- Operate a recruitment and an interview as company requirement as well as orientation for new employees.
- Coordinate and operate the annual activities related to a company's plan and policy e.g. anual health check, Songkran's Day and New Year's party, Company's trip.
- Coordinate with various government agencies related to company's operations such as Labour Protection and Welfare Office, Social Security Fund and Immigration Bureau.
- Other duties assigned by supervisor and manager.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR and/or administrative functions.
- Fresh graduate with internship experience in HR function, able to apply 
- Experience in payroll processes (Compute Payroll), time attendance systems.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with coordinating company activities and employee engagement programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Conversational high level in English (communicate with the Japanese manager, e-mail and documents)

- TOEIC 650 scores up
- Outstanding communication skills
