Job Description


<Job Description>
1. HR Function
- Checked, Key In, and Update In-Out Registration Data as needed
- Such as a Leave application, Super Savings Fund, Group Insurance, Provident Fund
- Responsible for claims or other matters of the Super Savings Fund and Group Insurance 
- Prepare documents and reports related to the HR Function, and save on the computer
- Responsible for payroll data preparation and coordination with the accounting 
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Staff orientations
- Filing

2. Administration
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Data management and filing
- Open and distribute emails, deal with incoming emails, and post, review, edit, and report
- Prepare and print out documents and reports 
- Prepare agendas for all staff (In case of another special occasion)
- Provide receptionist services

3. Recruitment
- Find suitable candidates as requested
- Find and contact a Recruitment Agency
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments for an interview
- Report and Summary of selected and non-selected candidates
- On campus, including the preparation of equipment and documents 

4. Training
- Identify training and development opportunities
- Organize staff training sessions, workshops, and activities
- Process employee requests for training while complying with policies and procedures

5. Other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR functions such as recruitment, training, and overall
- Conversational Middle in English Level 
  (Communicate internally, email, and some report documents)
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including employee benefits and payroll support
- Strong understanding of labor laws 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), for preparing documents and reports
- Able to work on Saturday(every other week)
