Job Description

 •	Recruiting new employees
•	Personnel entry, resignation, contract signing, salary increase, promotion, reward and punishment, and other personnel work.
•	Payroll and performance accounting.
•	Tax and social security declarations.
•	Capable of developing a human resource planning strategy for the company's growth strategy.
•	Capable of responding to the actual needs of the company's business development, developing a solid human resource development, training, and optimization mechanism, developing, organizing, and implementing effective talent introduction and reserve strategies, and improving the company's talent reserve and cultural construction
•	Establish the company's organizational structure and post management mechanism, scientifically establish a post work analysis and manpower allocation management system, and formulate, control, analyze, and manage labor cost budgets in a reasonable and effective manner
•	Thorough understanding of the company's business operation’s needs, leading the establishment of an effective performance incentive mechanism, and fully mobilizing all employees' enthusiasm and creativity
•	Enhance the company's salary and welfare policies, as well as create a good salary incentive system
•	Create a company training system to help employees improve their job skills
•	Enhance the company's rules and regulations by standardizing and optimizing work instructions and processes
•	Other responsibilities as assigned by the leader

Working Hour:  8:30-17:30 (Saturday Working: Average 2 times per months)


Job Requirement

•	Age 25-35 years
•	Bachelor’s in human resource management, administrative management, psychology, business administration or related field
•	Have working experience at least 3 years about HR (All function) in any manufacturing industry
•	Have working experience in HR all function (HRM, HRD, ADMIN, GA) 
•	Conversational high level of Chinese (Not required HSK)
•	Conversational low-middle level of English (Not required TOEIC)
•	Able to use MS office
