Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies to manage end-to-end hiring processes
- Understand and ensure compliance with Thai labour laws and company policies
- Work closely with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll processing (no need to process payroll directly)
- Support internal HR compliance tasks and documentation
- Organize internal training sessions in coordination with external trainers or departments (not required to train personally)
- Assist in general HR operations and reporting as assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR or related in any industry
- Basic knowledge of Thai labour laws
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks 
- Conversational high in English for internal communication, documents, and email.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Japanese speaking
