<Number of employees : Total : 176 Local : 170 Japanese : 6 > <Report Line :Thai HR manager, Japanese Manager > <Team Member: HR department around 5members > <Number of Subordinates: None > <Products: Automotive part (Steel metal products)> <Clients: Automotive industry > <Saturday Working: Every other Saturday> <Position Objective/Expectation > - Handle HR work and report to Thai HR manager <Job Responsibilities> - Check and manage attendance of employee - Handle social insurance process and private insurance of employee worker - Responsible for payroll with the worker in a factory - Handle evaluation process by coordinate with manager and set evaluation interview with Japanese manager - Support recruit process such as set interview and contact recruit agency with Thai manager - Other assigned task by HR Thai manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・At least 1years experience as HR officer in manufacturing company ・Basic level of English <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Bachelor's Degree in any field but graduated from TOP20 university ・Work in Japanese company
