HR Officer (30K-35K) (SDG-39566) <Job Responsibilities> Responsible for hiring process, job posting, candidates search through various recruitment channels and recruitment agency Responsible for pre-screening and overall candidate assessment by conducting phone interview and arrange of face-to-face interview for potential candidates with hiring division Conduct and coordinate for pre-hiring process including employment contract, new staff confirmation and notification, on boarding program, orientation and probation review process Coordinate or support in recruitment activities and initiatives Manage and control all recruitment documents/data including the candidate data Report all recruitment relate activities to the management Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 29-33 years old Bachelor’s Degree Must have at least 5 years of working experience in recruitment from corporate company Able to communicate in English effectively Knowledge in HRD Willing to do and service minded attitude <Preferable Skill / Experience> HRM knowledge Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:00 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 30,000–35,000THB About the company Products: Food, Material, Chemical, infrastructure etc. Business Type: General Trading Company
