Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan and manage recruitment in coordination with team leaders and external agencies to fill vacancies and resolve related issues. - Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to legal and internal requirements. - Consolidate and verify payroll data for new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, and benefits. - Analyze payroll data and trends to inform HR strategy decisions. - Maintain legal compliance in employee management and oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution. - Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and work rules. - Oversee learning and development initiatives, including training arrangements, program design, and documentation for government submission. - Manage performance evaluation processes, propose merit increases and bonus schemes, and provide analysis based on market and company performance. - Implement HR process improvements to increase efficiency and operational readiness. - Conduct HR data analysis and prepare reports to support top management decision-making.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 10 years of experience in HR management, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee relations, and performance management. in the Manufacturing industry - At least 5 years of manager-level experience. - Conversational High level of English (Report, Document, and Meeting) - Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data management and reporting. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience handling PC staff or outsourced employees - Experience in large-scale manufacturing (400)
