Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Process payroll through the Human OS system (experience with Human OS will be given special consideration), including preparation and submission of PND.1, PND.1 Kor, 50 Tawi, Kor Tor 20, and Social Security contributions. - Record and manage annual bonus payments; monitor employee attendance, overtime documentation, and prepare monthly reports for company records and payroll processing. - Develop and maintain salary structures, and conduct employee performance evaluations for probation completion and annual reviews. - Manage recruitment, hiring, manpower planning, and workforce budgeting. - Monitor and control monthly KPI reports. - Supervise and manage PC staff across nationwide branches. - Review and revise Work Instructions (WI) to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Plan and manage training and development programs, including career path planning, updates, and maintaining individual training records. - Develop orientation policies and programs related to employee benefits. - Maintain, update, and improve employee employment data to ensure accuracy and reflect organizational changes. - Prepare and manage the department’s annual budget. - Prepare and manage the company’s annual margin bonus plan. - Support and promote company activities and perform other duties as assigned by management. - Liaise with government agencies such as the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Social Security Office, and Revenue Department. - Handle purchasing, selling, renewal of taxes, compulsory motor insurance (Por Ror Bor), and insurance for company vehicles and buildings. - Supervise and ensure that employees comply with company rules and regulations. - Other assigned by Management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Political Sciences, Industrial Psychology, or any related field. - Over 5 years of direct experience in HR, overall HRM and HRD functions in Manufacturing. - At least 2 years of experience in management level with subordinates. - Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, payroll, and Safety. - Conversational middle level in English (E-mail and documents) - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to use ERP will be given special consideration. - From Lighting, Emergency Light company
