Job Description
[Human Resourse] 50% - Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals. - Manage full-cycle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning. - Oversee compensation and benefits structures, payroll administration, and employee welfare. - Design and implement the annual training plan and development programs. - Promote continuous learning, upskilling, and employee engagement activities. [General Affairs] 50% - Coordinate and manage all processes related to visa applications, work permits, and visa renewals for foreign employees. - Manage general administrative functions including office facilities, company vehicles, and equipment. - Oversee service contracts, vendors, office supplies, utilities, and maintenance. - Ensure workplace safety, security, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance. - Liaise with government authorities, local communities, and external service providers as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources and General Affairs in a Manufacturing company - At least 3 years in an Assistant Manager or Manager level - Having management experience - Conversation High level in Japanese (JLPT N3, to communicate with Japanese management and headquarters/Responsible for documents and reports as well) - Conversational-middle in English (For e-mail and documents) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in the Tigersoft program - knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001
