Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Strategic Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts and retains top-tier talent. - Compensation & Benefits Management: Supervise company welfare programs, benefits administration, and the maintenance of all employment contracts. - Learning & Organizational Development: Design and implement HRD initiatives, including annual training plans, employee engagement activities, and career development programs. - Compliance & Policy Governance: Regularly review and update the Employee Handbook, internal rules, and regulations to ensure alignment with Thai labor laws for both local and expatriate staff. - Onboarding & Integration: Manage the HR onboarding ecosystem, defining clear performance criteria and evaluation metrics for employees during their probationary period. - Performance & Talent Management: Oversee the annual performance appraisal cycle and maintain the company’s grading and salary structure to ensure internal equity. - Ethical Governance (Whistleblowing): Establish and manage the company’s Whistleblowing Procedure, providing a safe and confidential channel for employees to report misconduct.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in an HR role and at least 2 years of experience in an Assistant Manager or Manager level, with a balanced background in both HRM (Management) and HRD (Development). - In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of Thai Labour Laws. - Business level in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) for professional reporting and communication. <Details> - Have Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage diverse employee relations <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Can start working immediately
