Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan and manage daily HR operations in accordance with company policies - Develop and update company rules and regulations, employee handbooks, and HR forms - Manage employee records, employment contracts, probation, transfers, promotions, and terminations - Provide advice and support to management and supervisors on people management matters - Handle employee discipline, investigations, and complaints - Manage employee relations and employee engagement activities - Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and relevant regulations - Oversee and verify payroll, wages, overtime, bonuses, and other deductions - Check attendance, leave records, and overtime information - Manage Social Security, Workmen's Compensation Fund, personal income tax, and related documents - Manage employee benefits such as group insurance, uniforms, health check-ups, and other welfare benefits - Prepare labor cost and payroll reports for management - Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employees' personal information - Plan manpower requirements together with management and department heads - Prepare and update Job Descriptions for each position - Post job vacancies, screen applications, conduct interviews, and perform background checks - Coordinate salary offers and prepare employment documents - Manage employee orientation and follow up on probation performance - Develop appropriate recruitment channels and candidate databases based on the company's hiring needs - Monitor recruitment lead time and candidate quality - Support the performance appraisal system and follow up on evaluation results - Identify training needs and prepare employee development plans - Support succession planning and career development initiatives - Prepare HR reports and analyze data such as turnover, absenteeism, and manpower - Manage and develop the HR team to achieve departmental goals - Review the accuracy of HR documents and processes - Coordinate with internal departments and relevant government authorities
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 7 years of experience in HR Generalist functions (3 years of experience in a supervisory or management position with subordinates) - Direct experience in both Payroll and Recruitment with knowledge of labor law, Social Security, personal income tax, and PDPA - Conversational middle of English (For document level) <Details> - Good command of Microsoft Excel and HR/Payroll systems - Strong team management, negotiation, problem-solving, and confidentiality skills <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, chemical, or import-related industries would be an advantage
