Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and implement recruitment strategies for both Thai and foreign staff - Manage the full recruitment process: job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding - Create and update job descriptions, hiring criteria, and recruitment documentation - Manage headcount, staffing plans, and recruitment budgets - Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company HR policies - Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other hiring channels - Coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and plan hiring schedules - Manage employment contracts and HR-related documents - Support performance evaluation processes, probation assessments, and employee record management - Plan and execute employer branding and talent-attraction initiatives (e.g., campus recruitment, job fairs) - Serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries on recruitment and HR matters, coordinating with relevant departments - Handle other HR/admin tasks and special projects assigned by management - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any related field - At least 3 years of work experience as over all HR especially for Recruitment Part - Microsoft skills - Management experience for subordinates - Conversational middle level of English to communicate with Japanese MD and staffs <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Work experience related to the factory
