Job Description

<Job responsibilities>
- Oversee and manage HR tasks
- Implement the human resources strategy, performance evaluation system, and Kaizen activities by HR consultants into daily operations.
- Ensure smooth execution of the HR practices and actively engage with staff to align them with the company's goals and performance standards.
- Actively engage with employees to gather Feedback and insights, and work to Implement necessary changes to enhance HR processes and overall workplace efficiency
- Manage and Plan employee training
- Supervise completeness of company welfare and company rules
- Make a yearly income report to SSO and report to Thai Revenue Department
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・More than 2 years of working experience as HR Manager or Assistant Manager 
・Conversational level of English (Only for some documentation)
・Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to engage with staff at all levels, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Factory 
・Working experience in Japanese company
