Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Establish and develop the HR department from a standalone function within the organization. - Handle all Human Resource Management (HRM) activities including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy implementation. - Lead Human Resource Development (HRD) initiatives involving training, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs. - Manage Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and maintain accurate employee records and HR data. - Develop and improve HR processes, systems, and procedures to support organizational growth and efficiency. - Advise management on HR-related matters and provide recommendations for workforce planning and organizational development. - Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal company regulations. - Support recruitment activities and the onboarding process as required. - Prepare HR reports and present HR-related updates directly to the Managing Director. - Perform other assigned tasks related to HR operations. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 7 years experience in covering broad HR functions, including HRM, HRD, and HRIS. - Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices. - Conversational middle of English or Japanese *equivalent to JLPT N3 level or above - Management experience (Candidates who have subordinates) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in setting up an HR department or HR framework. - Management or team leadership experience. - Experience in organizational development and talent management. - Experience working in a Japanese or multinational company.
