Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or related fields - Experience in designing personnel systems - Experience in training and talent management - At least 3 years of management experience as HR manager - Conversational middle-level of English (internal communication) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Work experience at a Japanese company - Knowledge of health and safety
