<Position Objective/Expectation >
- As a human resources manager, member development and business management, project management

<Job Responsibilities>
- Design of personnel system (grading, evaluation, compensation)
- HRD (especially for managers)
- Talent management (succession plan)
- Recruitment (mid-career / new graduates)
- Introduction of HR system
- Budget/performance management
- Formulation of medium-term plan
- Other assigned tasks

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or related fields
- Experience in designing personnel systems
- Experience in training and talent management
- At least 3 years of management experience as HR manager 
- Conversational middle-level of English (internal communication)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>  
- Work experience at a Japanese company
- Knowledge of health and safety
