HR & GA Manager (80K–90K) (SDG-84026) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล & GA <Job Responsibilities> - Manage, Implement, develop, case solving of overall tasks of HRM, HRD, GA & Admin - Employee competency, succession plan, career path, evaluation criteria/ system - Manage corporate Salary Structure - Manage and operate Labour law, Labour Union, Court Activities - Taking for training & development within the organization from the scratch - Catch up with new HR regulations, follow government and apply for company - Responsible for better recruitment system - Contact with recruitment agency/ outsource vendors - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Female , age 45 - 50 years old - Bachelor's degree - Over 10 years experienced both HRM, HRD field - Being Manager level with subordinates - Previous experience in Japanese Manufacturing company - Good command of English (Able to write English e-mail and communicate with Japanese management) - Own car with Driving license - Proactive with challenging mindset (not routine work, not afraid of changing) - Willingness to build up new HR system such as evaluation system, employee training, employment of the handicapped etc. - Mature, great middle person with proficient communication, negotiation skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experienced of Tigersoft system Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Bangkadi, Pathumthani Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday and 1-2 times on Saturday ) About the Benefits 80,000–90,000THB About the company Product & Service: Design and manufacturing Mockup / Block-model for automobile, engineering service Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts;

ผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล & GA (80K–90K) (SDG-84026) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> - จัดการ ดำเนินการ พัฒนา แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะกรณีของงานโดยรวมของ HRM, HRD, GA & Admin - Competency ของพนักงาน แผนสืบทอดตำแหน่ง Career Path เกณฑ์/ระบบการประเมิน - จัดการโครงสร้างเงินเดือนขององค์กร - บริหารและดำเนินการด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน สหภาพแรงงาน กิจกรรมศาล - รับการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาภายในองค์กรตั้งแต่เริ่มต้น - ติดตามกฎระเบียบ HR ใหม่ ปฏิบัติตามรัฐบาล และสมัครเข้าบริษัท - รับผิดชอบต่อระบบการสรรหาที่ดีขึ้น - ติดต่อบริษัทจัดหางาน / ผู้ขายภายนอก - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , หญิง , อายุ 45 - 50 ปี - ปริญญาตรี- มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 10 ปี ทั้งด้าน HRM, HRD - เป็นระดับผู้จัดการกับลูกน้อง - มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทผลิตของญี่ปุ่นมาก่อน - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สามารถเขียนอีเมลภาษาอังกฤษและสื่อสารกับผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่นได้) - มีรถยนต์เป็นของตนเองพร้อมใบขับขี่ - เชิงรุกด้วยความคิดที่ท้าทาย (ไม่ใช่งานประจำ ไม่กลัวการเปลี่ยนแปลง) - เต็มใจที่จะสร้างระบบ HR ใหม่ เช่น ระบบการประเมิน การฝึกอบรมพนักงาน การจ้างงานผู้พิการ เป็นต้น - เป็นผู้ใหญ่ เป็นคนกลางที่ดี มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับระบบของ Tigersoft ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: บางกะดี ปทุมธานี เวลาทำงาน: 8:00-17:00 น.
