HR Manager (65K-100K) (SDG-81268) ผู้จัดการฝ่าย HR <Job Responsibilities> 1. Recruiting & Hiring - To ensure timely recruitment of required general and management staff, line staff with appropriate approvals within good time management, in order to meet business needs - Provide sharp support in the selection of recruitment which meets the corporate standard. - Ensure Corporate Branding in recruitment websites and advertisements. 2. Policy Recommendation - To maintain and develop HR policies. 3. Salary and Benefits - Prepare required information and input for the salary budgets. - Ensure compliance to the approved salary budget; - Give focus on competency based pay per performance and achievement. - Ensure adherence to corporate guideline on salary adjustments and promotions. - Coordinate increments and promotions of all staff. 4. Team Building - To manage a team of well staff 5. Staff Retention & Succession Planning - Focusing on employee retention. - Continually measure potential future leaders on the basis of their competence, connection, and culture. 6. Communication - Ensure quick and clear communication of all levels 7. Coaching - To develop the HR team - Responsible for supervising, guiding and develop them - List expected timeframe to measure developmental growth 8. ISO 9001 & 14001 - Support and Maintain QMS - Participate on the management team in reviewing the section EMS. - Support EMR in providing resources adequate to achieve environmental objectives and target and proper implementation and maintenance of EMS - Follow up new regulation and apply to sale strategy 9. Process improvement and self-development. - Initiative and improve own work process and cross functional with other section to achieve company objectives. - Cooperate with company to establish, implement and continual improvement of the international management system such as ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO17025. - Performing the jobs assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Female, 38-51 years old - Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development. - At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions. - Have experience in both HRM and HRD <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred. - Manufacturing industry Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri <Saturday Working: None >) About the Benefits Salary: 65,000–100,000THB About the company Product & Service: Water Treatment / Wastewater Treatment / Wastewater Recycle System Business Type: Construction / Home Building; Machinery / Equipment / Plants
