HR Manager (60K-70K) (SDG-27629)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Plan HRM strategy 
	Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system 
	Oversee payroll procedures and set up new payroll system for each plant
	Improve and develop compensation and benefits packages 
	Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
	Implement talent development strategy in order to develop and retain high-performing employees
	Create succession plan so as to run HR department in organization smoothly  
	Any task as GM Assign

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male/Female, age  35 - 38 years old
	Bachelor’s Degree 
	8-10 years proven experience related to HRM (Payroll/Compensation Benefit/Talent development)
	Able to plan and create strategy for improve overall HRM operation 
	Hands-on experience implementing learning and development programs
	Experience and Knowledge of Payroll / compensation /talent development
	Good command of English (Speaking and writing) 
	Mature personality and responsible persons
	Professional in Excel/Power point

<Preferable Skill / Experience>		
	Experience of both Plant and Corporate

Working Hour: 8 8:00-17:30(Mon-Fri)
