Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male and Female, 35-45 years Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or any related fields 10 years’ experience in HR field. At least 3 years in management experience as well as experience of overall HR＆GA operations Experience of developing and Implementing the company HR system or regulation Experience in planning and improving company structure with a successful plans. Good command in English (Advanced Conversational - highest) Strong management skill Be able to travel to Bangkok Branch if require <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational level Japanese: None
